For all order $50 or more Free Standard shipping is offered and your order should arrive within 5-7 business days*
*Note: If you would like your items to arrive sooner you can pay to upgrade your shipping during checkout. The cost of shipping will be determined in real time at checkout based on the total weight of your order and destination address.

Upon shipment from our warehouse you will receive a tracking number from the chosen carrier and you will be able to monitor it's status at anytime through the carrier website.

    In Store Order Pickup and FREE Smoothie Offer

    If you live near one of our select retail locations you may choose in-store pickup during your online checkout and pick up your order from the store once you have received email notification that your order is ready for pickup. There are no shipping charges for in-store order pickups and in addition you will receive a Free 12 oz. Smoothie from our Smoothie Zone Cafe. If you wish you may also ask for a punch card for a free 12 oz. smoothie to be redeemed at a later time. *To avoid abuse of this offer please note there will be one free smoothie offered per customer, per day even if there are multiple orders being picked up by the same customer.     Family Health Market Shipping Policies

    1. General Information

    All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you that the item is backordered and when we expect to receive it in our warehouse. Based on your feedback we will ship the item to you as soon as it is received by our warehouse or refund you the total amount of the backordered item, using the original method of payment. 

    2. Delivery Location

    Currently items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the United StatesAny shipments outside of the United States are not available at this time.

    3. Delivery Time

    An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

    Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to ship order within one business day (Monday to Friday, except holidays) from the date of your order. 

    Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

    4. Shipping Costs

    Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

    Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. 

    5. Damaged Items in Transport 

    If there is any damage to the items on delivery, contact us immediately to discuss options for a refund or replacement.
